Wisdom teeth were necessary for people who lived in ancient times. Because they need to had wide mandibula and maxilla so they could chew the raw meat. But today's people don't need them because of the evolution. Most of us don't even have all of the wisdom teeth or if we have them we need to have them out. So we can vaccinate people before they are 7 years old (before odontogenesis).
